i listen to mostly punk but also enjoy a touch of ska

favourite bands:

nofx, pennywise, bad religion, blink 182, ataris, millencolin, osker and lagwagon.

MC5, Captain Beefheart, Jefferson Airplane, The Edgar Broughton Band, Pink Floyd (1st album only), Wagner, ...oh I could go on and on!

I have a huge list of music that I like... It's a bit of everything, but I keep as far away from anything that is rap/hiphop/r&b or techno/house/...
My main obsession is metal (not nu-metal, that's something completely different

), bands like Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, '80s Metallica, Iron Maiden, ... as well as classic hard-rock (Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Rainbow, ...)
Apart from that there's movie/anime soundtracks (John Williams, Joe Hisaishi, ...), and game soundtracks (Nobuo Uematsu being #1). I also like random celtic music alot, normal rock with an attitude, and so on :]

uhm well pretty much everything expect "Schlager crossover Volksmusik" (dont ask its a german thing

).
lately its alot of rap/hiphop/r&b

I thinK I listen alot to the new eminem record.

Other than that I have a little obsession for bands that have a female singer (think no doubt, die happy).

And well often I like the music when the images to it fits .

Hmm. I listen to some jrock, jpop, modern rock, pop punk stuph.. I just bought the Linkin Park Reanimation CD yesterday actually. I like Blink 182, Newfound Glory, Gorrilaz... I also think Tsuneo Imahori is cool. He wrote the Trigun music (i have soundtracks! ^_^)
I have several B'z soundtracks too. (jrock/jpop stuff) I think i've listened to all of my cds way too many times. -_-;

okay gotta lot of varied taste here:

trance; dance (Prodigy, Faithless); rock (Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams); metal (Metallica, AC/DC); alternative (Linkin Park, Sum 41, Limp Bizcuit), ochestrated music; celtic music (Lord of the Rings by Enya, End tune to metal gear Solid); and some pop and some drum 'n' bass.

pretty much anything but garage and r'n'b

I'm tekno kinda so
Daft Punk(I love songs with voice morph techniques), Basement Jaxx(they're style of music is weird every single song is a diff. style.), Gorillaz(I'm kinda goin off them now.) I love the LOTR music its just wow awesome and that Enya song is really beautiful it makes you fill with happpiness oh nickelback I love that song hero by Chad Krueger wish it was on the album Dido's OK and Eminem is though most ppl dont like him I love his videos

oh yeah and i'm really into the FF10 theme song thats nice but I dont like MGS2 end song it annoys me yet I find myself singing it GRRRR.

Anything except country and rap-metal.

Fav. Bands: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin,, ACDC, (old) Guns n Roses, U2, Santana, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Oasis.

I like film and game music too, great stuff by Iwasaki Taku in the two Kenshin OVAs.

I like a lot of different stuff, 'cept for country and any form of rap

I like a lot of "old" bands, like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Cream, The Doors, and Jimi Hendrix! Plus a few more.

Also like Nickleback, SmashMouth, Eve 6, Everclear, Hoobastank, and some songs from Sum 41 and Greenday.

Like a lot of orchestral music like John Williams, Howard Shore, Danny Elfman, etc.

A few others also that I've forgotten.

all sorts of music, except for metal and rap. even classical goes.

my all-time favourite artist is björk, with bryan adams following close behind. i also generally like video game musics and remixes of them.
