I've been asked this question loads of times, but it never really ends up how you expect!
So, outta curiosity, where do you see yourself in 20 years time? With a family. children, lots of money, a job? Still living with your parents?

a hell of a lot of money and fame would be quite nice...i want to join a punk band but dunno if that'll ever prosper...some kids and a super hot wife would be very nice too

Yeah...just what that job would be I don't know. I'd want it to be something like web design but can also see myself translating Japanese as I hope to be fluent someday.

Im with Bugsy....I have no idea at all...hopefully though I'll have some form of job (that would be nice) and a nice car too....a Dodge Viper would be nice, la la la......

hm haveing my own company than would be cool.
And it would even better, if I only go to work couse it is so fun and not because I need the money

but other than this I wouldnt know I guess I take what comes toward me .

20 yrs?? hopefully ill be in Hong Kong having Dim Sum with all my friends from school, and the girl that got away... of course id have a studio with some noteriaty!

Hopefully Ill be driving a new Z and all my credit cards and school loans will be taken care of.

Only im planning on 10 yrs just to put the pressure on!
Not too concerned with being a Kung Fu master but going toe to toe with David Lo Pan would be cool!!!

Lead animator for a major Gaming company (Squaresoft hopefully) a girlfriend/wife no kids, don get me wrong guys love the little buggers but they cost money. nice apt. a car that wont break down on me every month, and hopfully lots o money.

- Keith, Hehe, I just wanted to see what everyone else thought first! Plus it gives me something to reply to when I'm bored

Well it's my Bithday on the 10th of October! Yes that's right -I wanna see gift art!! So in 20 yrs I'll be nearly 40! By then it would be great to have made a name from myself in the game industry and to be known as the the UK's answer to Hung Tae Kim or Masamune Shirow! I dunno, maybe I'll be design computer games, or become an artist and sell my paintings for millions!
I don't want it now, but by then I'd imagine I'd want a family, a nice house, flashy car to generally be really happy ^_^
Wow, that sounds good - actually, I do want it now!!

20 years time.... well, it's kinda a toss-up between everything workin out as planned... and it not, I guess! I want to be a freelance illustrator eventually... apparently there's large amounts of cash in illustrating kids books, and such like... So ideally, in 20 years time, I'll be sitting in my hauge studio-like hippy-decorated rug-strewn floor-based apartment, drawing away quite happily in me own time, with no cash worries at all. I don't wanna be rich, I just don't wanna hafta scrape to make ends meet.
And be driving an MG Midget... yay!

hmm, and preferably with a tall extremely sexy and loving husband to call my own... maybe a few kids (like 3)... and that's it!

otherwise, I dunno... to be honest, I'm kindof scared of the future. The past has been very black at times, and the fear of life going back that way again, of being sucked under and this time not having the courage to swim for the surface... well..... I just hang on to hope. Like, hopefully in 20 years time I won't be dead, wishing I was dead, or in an asylum...

sorry, very depressing. I'll shuddup now.

Ive never so much as thought about art untill three years ago when i met Mark Preston (Presto) and he introduced me to anime during my media studies course, now i think im getting good enough to think about doing something with it. As for Presto i lost touch otherwise i wouldve done a collabrotive project with him, now ive no idea what to do with my talents. Suggestions would be appreciated.

And Pixie, whilever there are people in this world wishing you happiness and luck, the world cannot hurt u. I am and im sure everyone else at OM does too.

hmm... in 20 years ill prob. be (hopefully) a world know game designer with a girl friend no kids ( cuz i wanna be the cool rich uncle to my bro and sis's kids =D) and a mechanic (id like to create a mecha some day

hopefully I'll have a successful career

I'm doing a degree in engineering right now, so I hope that'll bring me somewhere. Of course, family and kids would be a plus

but in 20 years wow, i'll almost be over the hill haha. I hope my art would be at a level that I'd be happy with.

in 20 years ...ill be sitting in a toilet wondering what the hell i ate....along with a magizen of how to cheat at certain games......probably in a hellish marrige with devil like kids.....who knows...atleast ill have my mustang 1965 by then....hehehehhehheheeh
