Just wanted to inform those who use Paintshop pro, that Jasc has started an open beta test of the next version.

Havent played much with it sofar, but I must say it looks promising.
Some usefull tools/filters for photomanipulating.

And more important (for coloring) a new brush engine finaly colors mix and blend right. Only problem is that the brush is a atleast on my Pc too slow (but Jasc allready tries to fix that).

Overall It seems like PSP 8 tries to fill up the gasp between PSP and PS, I just hope they dont try that on the prize aswell.

Finaly Beta3 was released today and it seems like all my brush problems has been fixed.
So I just gave it a short spin and this is the result

The best is the whole skin was done on one layer (same for hair and clothing).

So get PSP 8 here!
