TRUE furries mystify me even more nowadays. I draw half breed hybrids. They dont look too much like animals, dont have a snout or fur and IMO aren't very disturbing. Maybe a little to some people but not enough to throw up or react in a derogitary, or hateful fashion. True, my fursona has fur, but when applied to males I think it works somehow, maybe because I'm not attracted to males
, or maybe because animal stamina and endurance is something we'd all like to have, especially in the bedroom
. He's still not a full furry though.
My question is what do people get out of TRUE furries ?. Real animals with snouts, fur, animal features ?. Im not bashing the subject, people should be allowed to do what they want to do, and express themselves how they see fit. I just cant help but wonder what it is about real wolves in bikinis and such in cheesecake poses that interests them ?.
I dont want to get a bad rep from the pro fur crowd and I'm not bashing them, I just want to know, to understand them better. I cant pose this question on Deviant because they would chew me to bits, even though this question isnt a hateful one. Far too many people fly off the handle at the slightest slur about furries because they get so much stick from everybody else on deviant. I dont want to add to that, and I dont think I am. I just wonder about why people feel the way they do, and cant seem to GET the point of true furrism.
Remember this is a grown up question with no hateful undertones. Dont flame me for being curious.
