Wow... if someone wants to show off their art, then there's always the Tate Modern, or even deviantart. I sure as hell wouldn't waste everyone else's time and not at least tell them how to get as good.

Please call me Krefta.

Heh, I was actually defending Chris Heart over at PolyKarbon recently! Basically I was saying, he's a decent artist, but obviously doesn't come from a manga lovin' background, so struggles to some degree to illustrate how to draw it. Yet the TAODM and SBSM books I did still only demonstrate my method of doing things and aren't necessarily representative of typical manga illustration style.

Also note publishing schedules are crazy so you gotta understand that Chirs Heart probably had to seriously rush through his books to meet deadlines.

Jats1 - lol, I dunno, it's not all bad there. They gor some Salvador Dali artwork, and he was a genius. Well, in my opinion anyway.

Bomu - heh, my bad, I guess. I should really stop shooting my mouth off sometimes...

I have a book from Hart and one from Krefta and I find that Krefta's art is more anime/manga influence than Hart. Or maybe that's just me lol. Even though Krefta's book is more detailed, Hart's book helped me a little too.
