goes to bed when the sun comes up has the beauty of its own, you should try it sometimes. settings: its your own house, nearest neighbor is a loud shout away, open the window. the catch: you might lose your monitor or your shoes.

I have a sleeping disorder, so sometimes I end up going to bed at 6. Usually it's 4 to 5am. Tho lately, I've been forcing myself to go to sleep sooner, but often I just lay awake for hours ;p
When I lived in Sweden I went to bed at 8 when the sun went up, and got up at 16 when it went down, lol.

Staying up during the night and then watching the sun come up is awesome. Walking around a city, like London, in the early hours when it's light but quite empty, is very eerie but pretty cool.

Bugsy - I used to be just like that. I wondered if I had a sleeping disorder too I think it's just having no routine.

I'd go to bed an hour later each night and get up and hour later each morning, until I'd got to bed an hour later each morning and get up and hour later each night, in an endless rotation! Make sense?

These days I'll go to sleep between 11pm and 1am and get up between 8am and 11am I love sleep

Akatt, I will have to try that in London but I find just generally walking or driving around any town in the morning (around 7 or 8am) before shops open and while it's still dark is kinda eerie and cool at the same time.

Hehe yeah I've been trying to get a routine, but it doesn't really work. It's pretty annoying when I've got school and have to get up at 6:30. I eat at the same time every day, but still I can't sleep at night. So usually I have 3 or 4 hours of sleep each night, until I'm completely exhausted, then I can finally sleep about... 6 hours?

If you eat, excercises or do any activity that stimulates your mind- i.e videogames up until bed time, it's supposed to be difficult to get to sleep..

Yeah I know, I've actually been in "therapy" for the condition, so I had to leave all kinds of caffeine, eat at normal times, and stop doing anything involving at 12. Didn't help much, and according to the guy it was stress that I wasn't even aware of ;p
Dunno what's true about it, it was a homeopath, so I didn't trust him to begin with. He made me eat 10 bananas a day, that bastard!

Lol! It was probably the energy from the bananas that was keeping you awake!

Hmm stress sounds like a likely cause- these forums will do that to ya

I don't really have a set.. time to sleep. it's when ever i feel like need to. which since am in school is around 11-12pm but on summers it's moves up to 2-4am, but then if i have a friend over we stay the whole night most of the time. depending on how i feel. and by friend i mean if i friend has to stay over we watch some downloaded anime(samuria 7 or something like that,) and play some prince of persia into the wee hours of the morning.... so get ur minds out of the gutter.
