anyone know how to do this? it's teaching yourself to be aware of the fact you are dreaming, hence allowing you to control your own mind and body in a dream, change the scene, talk and even fly! its awsome a couple of my mates are doing it and im learning, cant wait for my first. look it up on google, its worth it.

i've managed to do it but the thing that i don't want to happen, happens, ike i had a dream that i was in a really really tall tower and i knew i was dreaming and i thought " hope there isn't and earthquake" and guess what happened there was an earthquake annoying when u know u can "control" ur dreams and sumthing like that happens

not sure if this helps but anyways

i realised i used to dream like this ALL the time when i was really young, i just didnt know it lol

I cant even remember my dreams. I wonder if I'm repressing some incredibly traumatic memory?

Dude this is exactly what I’ve been trying to do for years and I finally did it about a month ago. I told myself dude next time you dream and you know it just fly like your in dragon ball z. Then one day I was taking a nap and started dreaming about a movie where his guy had his car parked on a train track and the train was going to hit him. Then the dream turned into a futuristic train station and I had to remember not to step on the tracks so if a train did come it wouldn’t hit me. I saw some blue steps and climbed up them and that’s when I said to myself hey I’m dreaming try to fly. All of a sudden I was inside some room with a 20 ceiling and then I just lifted of the ground like if I was in space and I viewed it like in fist person cause I could see my hands in font of me. But then it was like I had rockets strapped onto my feet and I just blasted off and hit the ceiling and then got squished into a corner on the ceiling. Then I was ok instead of flying just walk on air. So I did I just started walking on air but then I was getting all off balanced as if I were walking on a tight rope and then couldn’t do it anymore so I woke up but I was super happy because I finally did it. It was weird I had control in my dreams but not total control.

lol, heres a clear explanation:

Lucid dreaming means that you are dreaming and you are aware that you are doing so. The word lucid can mean ‘clear’ or ‘transparent’. While lucid you can do a number of tasks, such as talk to a relative/friend that has passed away, live your wildest fantasies or just fly to the heavens and marvel in the beauty of the environment you create in your dream! Lucid dreaming occurs in the REM (rapid eye movement) period of sleep.

Ive had dreams about riding roller coasters and i actually felt the force on my body as if i were on the ride. I also had a dream that some one stabbed me and I felt it like it was real and i woke up.

lol yea i get dreams like that, but i suppose it's al lto do with the "astroplains" u know where ur soul of spirit goes when u sleep and what ever ur soul experiences up there ur physical body does aswell, but theres a catch, if ur soul dies in the astroplains ur physical body dies aswell

this one dream i was being chased by a monster and then i realized: this is my dream!!! then i raised all this rock into pillers and fire was everywhere. then i fought it like i was one of the powerpuff girls.

what kinda things do u watch ((ever tho i have watched them aswell)) lol well atleast u can control ur dreams at will, but the thing is ur dreams don't last that long so u can't always realise it in time.
