Polykarbon place is just as annoying - for the pieces I've put up, I've had zero to 2 comments on it. That's it. Probably why I prefer this place - more likely to get comments, and I'm also (fairly) well established here, though, as Bugsy said, things are working a little slowly here ATM...

but yeah I remember posting on polykarbon aswell.
I think practicaly the only one who gave a comment to my stuff was Bomu.

DeviantArt is really tricky, you have to post at the right time of day, when most people will be on to get it noticed, I haven't quite figured out what time it is.

I havn't properly checked out DeviantArt, other than when people (silentdan etc.) send me links to posted artwork - is it an artwork message forum or an online gallery which allows other gallery members to comment on your gallery works (Like Elfwood)?

Yeh, it's kind of an online-gallery thing, where you upload pics, rather than linking. If you join, you even get your own personal gallery, which can cover writings as well as drawings. There's a forum as well, but most comments to artwork are actually posted onto the artworks themselves. Hope that answers your questions.

If not, ask ppl who've been on there longer, I only just joined yesterday.
