That's actually illegal. I doubt the little manga-kiddie realises, but ben could Sue him. Creator's copyright and all that.
An avatar's not that bad, mind you, could've been worse- he might have plagurised the pic instead.

Evilone, if you're talking about his Cloud picture, that's just an official Final Fantasy picture as far as I know.

- Yeah, the Cloud from FF7 pic is official art several thousand people on the web probably use it as their avatar, so no worries.

Can Squaresoft sue ME for using the Cloud pic as a selectable avatar, you ask? - not likely. They'd just ask me to take it down if they didn't want it used. But that would never happen since billions of official artwork images from anime, games and movies are used on the net in some way or form and it would be impossible to regulate this usage. Most companies couldn't care less if official artwork is used on the web anyway.
