Hey, i was on your website cuz i was too lazy to type cgubin yadayada, and i hit message board and closed the link and the music kept playing... i tried opening WMP (windows media player) to overwrite it, but it didnt work... point being, how do i turn off the music without having to restart?

The music on Organicmetal.co.uk ?

- at the bottom frame, there's a 'stop' flash button. click it and the music should turn off.
If the music doesn't turn off let me know, but I can't see why it shouldn't. You could try closing Organic metal site down or just load up another page in the same window. And if it still plays despite having no windows open, I imagine Organic Metal's ghost has infiltrated your computer and wishes to wreak havoc on you..
