AKATT, Good luck with it! Or whatever you chose to do after Uni. Without boring you too much, I'll try to sum it up... I bet I fail and sorry for going off topic from your original post!.. I'm really not up to much at this moment. I'm trying hard to look for a full time job but it seems I don't have enough skill and experience, so it's a nightmare. I dunno about the rest of the world, but getting good work in the SE of England is really hard if you're after a graphic, web or illustration job. I must have written off to a hundred companies, and although I've received some postive feedback, noone's willing to employ me *sad violins begin to play* In the mean time I've been working on the side as a freelance artist. But it's too stressful. You have to waste a lot of time dealing with clients before hand and then when it comes to asking about the pay, most can't afford my rates and back out at the last minute! If these companies went to a pro, they would still have to pay a lot more than what I charge and might not receive the half the quality I'd be willing to offer Several clients have been been pissing me off recently and it gets me down, but I'll shut up now If you've got any ideas on finding a job, I'd love to hear 'em! Every careers advisor I've ever spoken to, just tell me to give up finding work in the art industry unless you wanna persue a carreer in boring, corporate, bullshit presentation projects *lol* not in those words of course slumdog, Glad someone's on the ball. What do they do in Bournemouth? Is it a digital art course or something? I remember considering applying, but they're prospectus sounded week. But you might be doing something totally different?
