I intend to make him look like his unconcious body is drifting through seaweed. I have yet to draw the seaweed, just looking for crits on the body right now...

har har thats a funny picture..it seems to have a story behind it...

Man has fun at a beach party.
Man found next morning by seashore with Bud Light in hand.

it looks fine to me...cept maybe the nose...his nostrils look odd...or thats maybe just how he looks

looks realy impresive could be from some pirate story.

only crit I have is his head.
It looks like he is holding his head above the water but when he is stunned he couldn't, I would let the head fall back abit into the water/seaweed.

Yeah, he looks rough and like a cave man/neanderthal! If that's what you were going for, you did a great job with it! ^_^ And you did a good job with his chest muscels (pectorials).

Still not a fan of lined paper though

I hear you on that. Luckily, though, I was able to erase those nasty blue lines as I CG'ed it:

Yeah, looks really atmospheric now it's rendered- the stronger use of shadows works really well!

Sorry this is short also, I'm not revising, but supposed to be working ^_^

Thank you everyone for the c&c. I'm thinking about maybe adding some lighting effects and if and when I do I will be sure to post the revision.

Hey that looks pretty cool, nice work on the cg... I just wanted to say that maybe you should've had his head back.... so he would look more limp...and not so stiff but thats just a suggestion. Good Job

Thanks! I thought about tilting his head back, but then I thought that it would make more sense to me if his head sort of floated. It just seems like a part of the body that would tend to be, well, boyant.

Well, either way it would look good.... And just to say heads do seem to be more boyant than the rest of a human body... but whatever it your pic.
