Not that I've have a shot at winning, I just need somthing for direction. Been struggling trying to decide what to draw.

If it turns out I might enter, but if not no big deal, at least im getting abit better.
Im probably going to use this as is (except for fixing a few errors in PSP 7). Anyone sees anything they don't like gimmi a shout

hmm had a few with the pencils (cleaning and strighten lines) but now my concerns are gone maybe line varition could have been a good addition and overall thicker lines can save some time in the coloring stage.

seeing forward to the colored version.

btw. what contest (link please ).

hey cool

My only critique is that th eprspective on his right leg looks a bit overdone, so it becomes too small. Otherwise great pic.

WHat Contest? None, hehe, I went to a link that Bomu left, and there was an old contest posted. At the time I just wanted subject, so I read the criteria and went at it, without really taking a note of the date and such. Just as I started to color, I wen't back and saw the contest was about a year old. I probably wouldn't have entered anyway, just needed somthing to draw. (the link would be the second one down in the "art talk" forum where somone ask about art contests.

I am planning on entering some sorta contest for whatever I draw next. Seems like you have alot of extra motivation when your drawing for a direct cause. I'll probably draw that and a Chrono Trigger for Bomu's monthy deal.

I drew the legs before drawing the Guitar/Trombone/Keyboard Piano, I didn't like the look of the right leg, so redrew it a few times. Eventually landing on that. Since I no longer had a Pelvis for refference thats maybe why I might gimped on it a tad. I can't see anything noticeably out of proportion, so im happy with it

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm going to leave this one as is, maybe color it in the future when I feel like CG'ing. Right now im going to look for a contest or figure out my next project.

Yeah, I remember now, the musical genius guy. I think that was the first contest Team Anime 2K did, but I never got to take part. I see they're doing really well for entries these days- about time I plugged MVGC a little more me thinks!

Nice drawing Keith. Very cartoony-stylized, but it give it character and there's a lot of expression going on with that pose- he's really giving it some! Only thing I got main concerns with are the arms- too small in comparison with the rest of his body, especially the hands. Think about it, if he opened his mouth just a little wider, he could easilly fit his fist in there!

Well sure, if you wanna try a Crono, that'd be cool. All regular participants (2+ times entered) get a custom avatar also Or if you wanted to draw a 'Nikki' (*see projects section), that'd be cool too ^_~
