Hey, what ever happened to being too busy with exams to draw, Tuigi? 
Well, I think we're making progress- I see you've attempted a side view, which is never easy. One thing I will say - narrow down her forarms into a wrist, then widen out into a hand, then add the fingers. I think on your last one, you had the same problem of not really drawing a 'hand', but simply attaching fingers to a stub, which is something you wanna try an avoid!
Also, as Akatt said, try to shrink your character's heads a little more - then they'll be more in proportion with the rest of her body.
The collor bones stand out; so change them by flipping vertically
Remember collar bones are handel bars shaped - you've draw upside down handel bars!
Improve on the points mentioned and we'll see where we can go from there
