Well it is a drawing for a friends RPG he came up with the scene maybe half a year ago.
And with the felling that my skills has crown quite a bit lately (tnx to you guys/gals) I thought I try my hands on it.

so any tought suggestions critics from yourside would be cool and taken in acount

I'm right now aware of unproprtions of the left arm/shoulder and right leg (his side).

Cool idea for a pic and 'tis looking good so far. And I'm glad to hear you feel your skills are improving- I think they are to

To crit; I think mainly it might look cooler if the demon's hands were bigger. At the moment they're just kinda stumpy, and the bigger the hands, the more powerful he will look

The foreshortend hand is just an idea, but you might wanna try something like that? And sorry for my bad drawing skills today. It was just a quicky to save me writing lots, and for you to then think "What the hell is Bomu talking about!?"

i would prefer a pose thats similar to the ones in the comic called "the Tenth"...it has a monster guy and a hot girl and usually the monster has his around her...but they are usuallly knelling downward somewhat...his arms are in poses where he looks like hes protecting her....soo...uhhh ....uhh

arrrgh i have to show yah somehow...

yeah i agree with Bomu with making the hands bigger. also because he's a large monster, i'd make his lower legs thicker to give the impression that he weighs a ton. one other thing, and it could just be me, but usually when you notice a guy who seems really hard and muscly i tend to notice his head seems slightly smaller in proportion to his body than a normal person. maybe that could be applied to monster person?

hope that made sense.

Urgs just restart'ed drawing on it (had to beat grandia 2 first).

Working on a new version will have a full BG.

I can tell you if you want to test your proportion skills try to get people of different age and gender in on pic(pain in the ass).

I'm off to sleep (need it after this cutscene overdose maybe pic tomorrow).
