I made him in abouot 15 minutes so he's not perfect, but since I do not have an anatomy book, and I picked up some criticism on one of my last projects I thought maybe you guys could help me out

well first of all the head is to small for the body.
an noraly the wraist of a man is not that small
neck is also to short,or there are too much muscles.
after that it looks pretty good

Hey it's looking good, but I think you'll find a lot more improvement if you practice with more reference.

Check out some of the books by Loomis, they're free and awesome to read.

"Figure Drawing For All it's Worth" should be a good first read, since you're asking about anatomy.

I think the problem with so much defined muscles is, that it often looks like the person doesnt have a skin ontop of it. Especial when the chara isnt in a pose where the muscles are stretched.

I try to go for the totally ripped look in most of my pics, I mean he has to look like a monsterous bobybuilder for me to be satisfied, so to I put the question to you guys, how do I keep this supremely ripped look, but at least make him look like he has skin?

uhm look at the grafix and art of 2d beat'em up games, like streetfighter.
They normaly have atleast one guy that has enough muscles, but it doesnt look so exposed
