Ok lets see.

The neck seems a bit long and his waist is to thin.

the foreshorted arm itself looks good, but the way he holds his sword looks wrong (I know the way he holds it now is easier to draw).
With this hand position we would look frontal on the sharp side of the blade.

Right now he cant fight with holding it like that .

other than this from what I see the proportions are fine.
Maybe clean it up a bit, color it or ad some shadows to make it more 3d(but remember the light source).

i think what GiAm's saying is that from the way you've drawn the hand holding the sword we should be seeing the cutting edge of the sword as opposed to the flat side.

if you're going for realism i'd take GiAms advice. but i kinda like the 'style' you've got going. It seems to work for me.
