I kinda like it. It is good to see that you try new poses and I can see some improvements over your last work.what I think that stands out the most in the drawing is that she is missing a neck and the leg on the left ( ) is a bit oodly connected. As a general advise when it comes to poses that give you trouble drawing. Use references. Try the pose in front of a mirror yourself to get a general Idea, how does it look and is it comfortable/easy to stand like this. If you have a camera take photos of yourself so you can use them right beside while you're drawing. You could also ask friends to pose for you. Or search the web for pictures of people, sooner or later you will come across some that have a similar pose in it. Remember that nude pictures are better for this as clothing often covers important parts of the anatomy.
