Ryan, puts on that gauntlet when his merc unit is ambushed and is cursed\blessed with looking after one of the five fallen gods artifacts. In this case the Abyssian Claw, inside which dwells the Abyssian Blade. A greatsword of unimaginable power if it's weilder knows how to use it. He is told to flee with the artifact, but instead of running he puts on the armour and slays the enemy. The sword sleeps in the gauntlet untill it is 'called', appearing in its masters hand whenever needed. The gauntlet cannot be removed, it is cursed. The only way it can be removed is to kill Ryan, or to have the gods themselves remove it.

The undead king of the silent lands, the voidians (demons) and many others all want the sword for their own ends as well as the other four artifacts of the fallen gods. It is said that if all five come together, the wearer will become an avatar, an indestrustable, ageless being with all the powers of the gods at his command. Naturally Ryan is dead set against letting the bad boys do that and sets out to reunite the fallen ones artifacts first.

Ryan is visited in his dreams by the dead god trapped in the claw. He tries to trick him into surrendering his soul for the power of the gods many times. He is also visited by the god who slain Abyssia who teaches him to use it properly with abilities like steel rain, negative flash, damnation surge and how to call on the armour of abyssia.
Ryan is charged with recovering all the armours and casting them into the mouth of hell, a gateway to the void, rendering them out of the reach of the mortal plane.

Chara drafts 2...

Lysander is the weilder of the second Abyssian gauntlet and the Chaos Blade, ill redesign that shitty one he has in the pic. As such, this makes Rynn and Lysander rivals. Lysander is not a puppet however and is working alone to reunite the fallen gods artifacts for evil. Anyone who gets in his way is as good as dead.

Rynns Abyssian plate armour. A draft, needs tons of work but I love the helm. Dark purple with bright blue eyes. Its kinda like going super saiyan 'cept its in armour. Gotta start remembering which hand that gauntlets on.....it keeps switching. Doh !.

In case anyone cares, Im currently storyboarding this, its still in progress.

Final design of Rynn. The eye on the palm of the gauntlet only opens when hes in danger, it then triggers his transformation into the abyssian avatar, his half mortal super state...Expect a better version of the abyssian plate soon...
