Here's a fan art of spiderman losing a fight to Scarlet Spider.

did you draw this, or just colour it? plus, did you scan it in? scan quality's remarkably low (very pixelly in places, particularly on the scarlet dude - the number of greyed bits on his skin/costume and that patch in the negative space between his legs)...

I drew it, then scaned it, and then colored it... Yes my scanner is not very good, plus I need to learn how to use PhotoShop better.

The drawing is excellent, nice muscle definition, shame about the colouring, that picture could look amazing when you get skilled at cging.

Thanks, I'll get the hang of it... I just like to think that he's losing. I like Scarlet Spider better than Spiderman.

Awesome! Wish I could draw in comic book style. The anatomy is very well handled, the poses are excellent, and the proportions seem to be in order. A superb piece my friend. Would you consider doing a little fanart for me?

The only things I can pick out which are wrong with this are that spiderman's fists are slightly off (they look a little lumpy to me) and the feet a bit distorted - possibly overlong. Any chance you've got a copy of the original pencils/or inks that I could see? I'd love to have a look at how you went about constructing a piece like this! I had a dig about on your host website and found the pencil colouring, but no inks or pencils alone. Do you work in blue pencil and ink over the top?
The colouring could use a little more thought, but I think this is mainly down to lightsources and the fact that you haven't really got a background! so not a big deal - plus, as you say, a newbie to photoshop... have you checked out PK's tutes on photoshop? I found them very helpful. They're here, if you want them:

Awesome. You don't have to color it or anything. Just a simple line sketch would be awesome. Hey, you want me do do a little artwork in return? I'd be more than happy to. I've uploaded all of the characters, so you're welcome to pick your favorite. I have put *** Next to MY personal favorites.

Wow, these are awesome characters... I especially like the names. I always seem to have trouble thinking of names for characters.
Sure I would like that, but you'll have to wait until I get home. I'm at school now so I wont be able to give any right now.

Don't worry about making me wait. I've had to wait months for something before, so I can be patient. But seriously, I'd be more than happy to draw a pic for you in returs. I'm no good at comic book style, but I'm not too bad at anime.

Man! O_o! Sweet! K' just letting you know here, I'm not as good as you at this ok? So don't set your hopes too high.

Ha ha ha, an after you finish Kaison, could you do SOLARISlol! Yeah, actually, I need to redraw Solaris anyway, that pic I have of him, isn't the best pic. But yeah, I'll get this guy sone for you. Since I don't know what his front side looks like, it may be a back pose, or I may just improvise ok? I'll tell you what, if you do Solaris as well, I'll do a wee bit of animation on your character as well. Something maybe like THIS

Speaking of Solaris, thought i might post this pic of him I'm still working on.

It's in GIF format, so the edges tool a little rough. If anyone want's to do an awesome CG of the lineart for this picture, let me know and I'll post it.

Dude! that animation is awesome.. I have a drawing of a character that's doing the same thing, only his hands are grasping the hilt and the waving bandana is flowing off the top of the hilt.. I'll scan it and post it some time.

Lol! It's not for his man-boobies. He uses it as a blindfold. But i see you haven't bothered to check out the Demon Heart forum to figure that one out.
