OK, here's what might help:
1) Her upper body appears too small. Even if she is a young girl, it would help to enlargen it somewhat. It seems a bit too small in relation to the shoulders, so you might want to widen the chest a bit. Her arms also seem a bit large - make them slightly thinner, to maintain proportion. The thumb on the right hand is missing.
2) The face looks slightly lopsided. What you might want to do is take the left side (our left) and indent it slightly (ie nudge the line to the right a bit). Her mouth is too low - bring it up a bit above halfway between the nose and the chin. The jawline that leads to the visible ear on the drawing should be lowered slightly. Her eyebrows are too close together and the eyes are a bit too big. shrink those a bit so there is one eye-length between both.
None of these crits are intended to be harsh. They are suggestions as to how to improve the drawing, in my opinion. The concept is good, it's just those things that need improving. Post up the drawing if/when you improve it - I'd like to see if my advice was any good lol. Looking 4ward to any new drawings u got.

lopsided = face is skewed on one side (ie one cheek appears larger than another, leading to [I quote] a "depraved appearance"). If you ever saw The Godfather, and remembered what Al Pacino looked like after the cop punched him, then u should have a fairly good idea. About the eyes - fair enough, but they still need to be spaced apart a bit more, along with the eyebrows.
