It's been a while since I posted any of my artwork, but after recently completing a non-work related illustration, I thought it'd be cool to see if anyone would be interested in adding some colours to it.

Sorry the background's a little weak, I just hope some colours and shadows will add a little more depth to make it look half decent!

Higher res version for colourists- 1.5MB

C&C welcome also cheers

Great pic, but one extremely minor thing - her left eye should be obscured, BUT I don't really mind, seeing as all the main anime artists seem to do it a lot.
I'm gonna have a go at colouring it after the 20th June.

Thanks for the comments guys. I suppose a good way to cover up her left eye would be to somehow colour it over with a semi-transparent colour to make it look like you can kinda see though/in between the hair if that makes sence!

Hmmm...that sure was a marathon effort...But as promised, here's the somewhat finished piece Can't be bothered investing time in the background at this stage. I think you've created a great character Bomu and i'm glad I got the opportunity to CG her.

Here it is...

(Bomu...sorry about the de ja vous..copy and paste is just so easy )

Great stuff RT! I especially like the tones you've used on her leg armour etc. I think it would definetly benfit from some rendering on the BG, maybe adding some shadows under her legs? But yeah- cool

(And no worries about the C+P- I'm guilty of it too, obviously!)
