I think the clothing is alright in this drawing. Sometimes, problems with this arise from too much/too little/no folding. I think you've got the right amount of folding. As a guide, consider where the body would fold. For example, consider trousers: folds normally take place at the knees, since these are the 'hinges', if you will, that bend the clothing. Once you determine which way the body part is moving, try and make the clothing follow the movement ie bunch up the clothing where the fold takes place. Sorry if this sounds vague, it's the only thing I can really say that can answer your request.
