I was up late at night doing me homework last night
4/5 when it was 2:00 I stopped drawing but I started at 1:15

This is a rough sketch, still messy...
I would edit it after I get c+c

Tell me what you think...
I think I should make my pics larger
but it is so hard to.

I think it looks good. my crits would be that the little curve line in her armpit is upside down. her elbows should be a little pointier. Also she looks a little off balance. try moving her left leg forward a little. you can tell a character's center of gravity by drawing a vertical line through the middle of them.

I like the pic though, I hope this helps make it even better

Really nice Yuki your first one was good looking, shame it was killed.

I love your first one really nice, I like it how you have her leaned like that. It's a good stance can't go too wrong there, it's a bit simple. Now you can push it more but I'm just going to hit some other stuff than make this a huge post.

I wasn't able to view alot of your stuff that you've had posted before. I did see the comments on the first day you put it up tho.. I was about to comment on your newer one when I saw this one again on the list thought I take a look.

Ok, now the Center of Gravity is directly through someone but the Center of Mass isn't.. think you took that the wrong way. It actually depends on the movement limbs really that changes the center of mass that allows figures to stay in the Center of Gravity. If you move those limbs incorrectly outside the waist/middle the center of mass will be shifted then the person looses balance to a degree.

Comments..

I thought the pose was good like it alot, since her legs are leaned back high and her chest is out forward her legs are leaned back to keep her balance. I've seen this before, I believe you were aiming for that .hack/legend Rena picture. I'm not sure exactly on her name.

The center of gravity you could've got away with really.. if anything the mass was only off slightly. By that I mean only 1 or 2 lines from her waist to the left was about it. I think you misunderstood what Jats said about "her left" which I think he intended the leg on the right.

If you wanted to correct it so it looked a bit better all you had to do was move the her right leg (on left) 1-2 lines inward or her left leg (on right) 2-4 lines to to the right that was all. Since her right leg is out more it doesn't need to moved as much is all. Probably why Jats said move her left leg forward a "little".

I don't like any of the changes from the original if you ask me really. Maybe only the tiny little connecter buckle on her skirt. The legs shifted throws it off incorrect somewhat how it's done I'm not going to touch that unless you want me too.

The cloth parts were sapost to be mostly of leather type. I think your original is what you intended it to be.. plus that is what she looks like. Anyway will give some helpful advice on your other one..

I was just trying to simply say here, you don't have to draw people with a stick up their ass.

Sorry, if that was confusing I avoid to say stuff like that really.. but Jats brought out the whole Center of Gravity thing I believe I said it correct I didn't want to go there but I tried to clerify it. That thing really relies on a ton of factors and I'm not even going to touch that.. I just wanted to state here that I don't want you to be discouraged by that if you took it wrong.. and I want to see more of what you tried here!

Very good stuff!

hi,
i say background constitutes the whole pose, and background can be anything, be it your mind, be it a story, be it the visuals you add behind her. i liked the 1st version for its free perception, and the 2nd for its accuracy, you decide which one is her background, add depth, and beat me real flat.

I like the your second picture much better Yuki. One improvement I think you could make is widen her thighs and move them further to our right (her left) so they come under her body more. Other than that its pretty cool.
