His pants are too short/tight in the crotch, left elbow has to many rinkles IMO, and he looks stoned. Other than that, its good.

the eyes are good but just don't put those lines underneath lol it does make him look battered.
so yeah the creases on his left elbow should radiate in all direction from the inside of his elbow.
the face is good but the closest hand needs less lines

yep. work on the lines under the armpit a little more, i guess you overdo other fabric lines near his stomach and elbow, ease up. go easy on the fingers, they should be different in sizes, and how old is he to have such bulky fingers? i guess you would have to do your own color, cause it defines the end of it the way you want it...and i'm telling somebody what they should do
