looking good so far, though at that angle the light would make most of his peck the yellow/orange highlight colour.

I can take helpful critiscism evilone, however there is nothing wrong with the anatomy. not to my kowledge anyway. also i could only take anatomical advice from someone who has the mearest understanding of the human form, which from what i've see you don't.

I am sorry if i seem antagonising but I just don't see the use of saying; cough anatomy.

I like the feather effect on the head maybe if you drew little lines on them it might look like the stems of the feathers. Also like the lighting and coloring on the body.

how did you do the fur on the helmet?

the fur was done by first block colouring the helmet in an orangey yellow. then dodge and burn shading as if the helmet was made of noraml material. then smudge tool and zig zag paaterns to get 'feather' effect.
