Good stuff kazekokoro. The proportions are generally pretty good, as is the face.

It woulda been cool to consider the background a little more. Rather than rushing in a few clouds and a rock for the sake if it, maybe consider other landscapoe features such as buildings, structures, trees, mountains and hills etc. Check out "landscapes" on google for ideas and reference.
Although it's still a work in progress, try using a fine-line pen rather than a blue ballpoint to ink otherwise your work will look amaterirsh.

nice drawing, I like it, tho I find useing a pen isn't the best tool in the shed, if u catch what i mean. But i spos some times u gotta make due. ummm U might wanna work on the clouthing folds on the arms, they look a little twizer like.

but over all nice drawing, and u have a good digi cam to get that i high of a picture, what is it a 5 mega pixel?

this pic is really nice. you've used a lot of folds in the clothes which is good, (unlike me... ) but you need to work a bit more on your faces.
