for Suburi, you might remember him XD Anyway I'm gonna give it to him tomorrow (on his birthday) :3 Fanart from Lain ^^; The cg is a mixture of Painter and Photoshop (wanted to mix several of my cg'ing styles again)...

damn yo thatz a kick ass color job, i really like tha textures u used, an tha color scheme iz sweet. tha foldz are done very well too, tha only i can suggest iz u might wanna add some hilites in tha face...other than that i cant find nuthin wrong

Yeah, textures look great- just like the Lain promo art pieces. The folds on the shirt look really good too and there's not much to pick out an critisize... I think the hand looks a little small and since it's closer towards us, it would have been good to add a little perspective in there and make it foreshortened.. it's probably too late to make it bigger though XD

Great stuff. Suburi will be pleased.

looks great - nice lighting and bg effects.

about what bomu sais about the hand - it's not too late the fix it if you still have the layer version - since the hand isn't connected to anything, so can select around it (having put the skin tone, lines etc on one layer) and CTRL+T to scale it up a bit.

actually the hand was supposed to look like it was right next to the head :/ I didn't have time today (just got back from work and manga shopping, and I gtg pretty soon again) so I'll be lucky if I even see him today to give it to him :/
