another character for my story-thing that's far from finished. Rocking cool guy and comic relief: Vince (don't call him Vincent tho, coz he might kick your ass >_>;
The cg is more of a concept look, no real background.

Don't really have much to say. Great drawing (the guitar ROCKS), great shading.

Hmm...Guitar playing badass martial arts guy, eh? Sounds like Brandon Lee's come back, tho' losing the whole goth thing - and the crow.

By the way does anyone else have Internet Explorer 6? The version I've got keeps reducing the pictures if they are bigger than the screen so that the whole thing fits in a browser window. This is beginning to REALLY p*ss me off cos the lines all go jaggies and it ruins the pic.

This doesn't happen when I use this forum but other times when I look at pics they look really crap.

Good stuff Bugsy! That guitar rocks! Your CGs are getting really good now- this one for example looks very realistic. Perhaps more real lookng eyes and nose would have suited this one better? One one problem you always have is making the hands too small *points at his right hand* his fingers look too tiny and should be longer and fatter like on his left hand.
It's a cool pic of Vincent. When the story's done I'll be interested to see what he's like *Gets his arse kicked and wonders why* ?

Akaat: Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, then uncheck "enable automatic image resizing" - I think that'll fix your problem

thanks ^^;
Akatt: he's not into martial arts tho, lol If there's gonna be fighting it'll be hellish magic and guns

Bomu: lol, only his mom calls him that way okay I've got a weird sense of detail >_> hmm abot his facial features, this is my usual drawing style, in which I'm gonna draw the story (or plan on drawing anyway). And in any case, I'm bad at realism XP Should work on that... And yeah, I always have a problem with hands :/ Need to work on that too, lol XD

Actually, the biggest thing bugging me about this pic is the general pose, which doesn't quite work

Bomu: cheers, it worked. Woo-hoo!!

Bugsy: Thought he was into martial arts cos of the head band. For some reason for me head band = martial arts guy (or girl).

I thought the pose was fine tho I suppose it did look like he was sitting on the very edge of the chair.

hey realy a good pic and I have mainly the same opinion as th others above me.

for the right arm I would draw it in some pose like this or something where he rest his elbow on the corpse of the guitar instead of the wrist I think it isn't as stressfull and you get a pose where he will have a right tumb .
also I think the guitar itself could be a bit bigger and the (guitar)neck should be slightly longer as well.
