Ok here's a CG I finished last night - or was it this morning . Anyway I think it's allright but I'm not that proud of it. The drawing wasn't a fav of mine but it was easier to colour in than some other sketches. I think the hair looks bit sh*t. Jus' wondering what you guys thought of the rest of the pic. Feel free to really let rip cos I neede to pointers to get better.

I'm out

Hey that looks really fab, well done. The armour shines and stuff look cool.

Only sugestion, is that you might wanna try to avoid using strong saturated colours.I'm suprsed you've managed to get such a colour scheme to work, but generally CGs look better if you use less common and less saturated colours. Same goes for websits designs!

But yeah, I like this one way better than your last ^_^

What I wanted tos ay is about the same as what bomu did (shinyness looks really cool and using less saturated colours). Also, the contrast between the red hair and blue armour kind of irks me. Nothing too bad tho don't worry
And finally, the dark grey-ish parts on teh armour are really great *_*

Bomu - yeah, i here you about the saturation. I knida always end up doing this for some reason . Gotta work on it.

Bugsy - I should of made the hair a draker shade for it to work more. I didn't really like the drawing after I'd done it cos of the thick black lines (which I HATE). Prob is that my scanners a A4 so I can't really draw on anything bigger.

Don't worry soon I'll get some fineliners.

I just read what I wrote in this message and i'm not sure it made sense .

Okay - where's the asprin?

hi akatt.

well don't have anything to critic what hasn't been said before.

but for drawing on bigger paper if you have a flatbed scanner you can fairly easy scan in bigger paper by scanning the drawing in parts (I don't mean cutting it ). and then putting them together in a grafik program. if done good no one will notice the separate scan.

the pic of yuna I did for the MVGC was drawn on A3 as an example (a terrible looking I have to admit ).
