just a twenty minute sketch i did just now. The pose was based on a Liz Hurley photo but otherwise it's pretty much outta my head.

hmm the head seems a little big but i like it. too bad alot of it was cut off (hands, legs etc) i would keep goin with this tho.

Gotta shrink it down, its hard to get a good idea of what you drew when its that big.
I think most peoples screen resolutions are 1024 x 768, or even 800 x 600. 640 x 480 is plenty big I think especially for concept.

The face looks great, the legs look great, she's got sorta the Xena look going I guess. The arms look abit short and stubby though, girls arms gotta be long and slender especially in anime (if thats what your going for not nessecarily). Put beside one of my female attemps (that look like somthing from the Yugoslavian Olympic swim team before steriods were outlawed), its pretty damn good! looking forward to your next sketch.

It's pretty good Akkat, but a few quick points:
*Next time could you scale it down so there's a version which'll totally fit on most screen resolutions. Then link to the bigger pic with a text link?
*Sort out those arms - longer, longer longer!

Sentient - yeah the head is a bit outta proportion, something to remember next time. As for carrying on the pic - i can't - i drew on A4 paper and ran out of room.

Keith/Bomu - sorry about the size (i should use the preview button next time). I just scanned and quickly uploaded it. Didn't actually check the pic out. btw i've rectified the problem.

And those arms............again . another one to watch.
