looks fine,
two thinks tho, first of his eyes he seems to look into two diffrent directions.
Its relativ subtile but one iris should move more toward the nose, preverably the right one (viewers side).
The other flaw is his left arm (again viewers side) the sleve of is shirt connects at a too high point with the shirt (giving impression of a very thin shoulder) lower it(erase a bit ).

For the folds,
maybe add one or two folds that shows, that it gets deformed because of his hand in the pocket.

Other than that it is a pretty cool looking guy.
