I know it's a trait of anime to change the proportions somewhat, but I think her head looks too big in comparison with her body, and then parts of the body look too small in comparison to other parts, if you know what I mean... I talking specifically about the *hands* and the *feet* here, I think they are particularly bad... not that I think there's anything wrong with the shape of the hands, just the size of them! The feet are a slightly odd shape, too - generally okay - but perhaps could use a little ref from a shoe shopping catalogue or summat...

I also think her chest looks a bit weird. I see how her breasts are pressed to her chest by her arm, but they're fairly large and I think look a little flat, considering how her arms seem close to her chest - kinda like a pair of flat discs... also slightly low on her chest, should be a little higher up.

I'm sorry if I'm being a little harsh here, but I'm honestly just trying to help, so I hope that's okay with you! There's a lot I like about it - that you've patterned her skirt (it looks very good, and not too many people are prepared to put in that sort of effort ;) ) - the face is lovely, as is the hair, absolutely spot on... The figure generally is good, it's just the relative proportions I think need a little work...
