i wanted to practice painting these guys more, and practice doing something jungle like, but i decided to keep the background simple

tell me what you think! and how i can improve

Oooooh I've seen these fella's before....heh heh you told me not to touch them, cos they bite! Their faces look almost human ^__^ *munch munch*

Hmmmm great painting, the background looks nice, they look nice, and the blue hair looks fantastic! The only thing I can suggest is perhaps a little more shadow here and there, they are underneath a jungle canopy after all, (arent they?) and a lot of light doesnt get through

Okay now im really creeped out !!!! Cool very cool makes me think of those old japanese watercolors!!!

Hmm,
Normaly I would agree with funkyC that it could need deeper shadows.
But I'm a bit cautious with this advise.
Somehow I have the feeling, that it could ruin the general style of your drawing (you should experiment with it tho).

Btw, I like your creatures and the drawing style.

It reminds me of a book I had as a child.It was about animals that has been wiped out by our small peacefull race .
The illustrations in it were in a similar style, I think.
