Hey that looks good! Everything seems to be in proportion.
As for the ch, maybe define the nose some more, and make the boots more in the style of the rest of the pic (now they're basically a flat texture).

not bad G-style Bugsy pointed out most things.
I would also add some more shadows not much just try to find the darkest parts and ad another shade to it.

A good tip I picked up is to add reds and purple hues when shading skin.
