Wow, that's a cool cel-shading style that you went for. You even got the shading folds of his hat correct. I'm guessing you took the background from another pic and stuck it in this one, right? Hehe, no probs, I do the same thing as well.

Actually the background is a vacation photo I took while I was in Mexico that I really like so I tweaked it around.
