Prefer the B+W version myself . I do like the english flag though, it's off Moby's outfit on SSX Tricky (PS2)

Hehe, I like these comedy pics you've got neo. The composition of the characters fits the mood greatly. Just one suggestion about your CGing: Try softening the edges of the paintbrush you used for the highlights, it'll blend in better.
Aside from that, cool pic.

hmm how do I put it in short~ I'm probably not the best to explain this stuff~

Most of the (older)anime you've seen are painted on cels and its this style that we can recreate on a paint package.

The Base colours as your cg already shows, then the shading. I've seen various ways of shading, some use a darker colour while others multiply or burn.

So you basically select a area with the Lasso tool and fill it with a darker colour than the base.

This would be the same with hilites.

An example of a real Cel style painting

My Example of a cel style colouring (no hilites)

An old pic without shading or hilite's

Then there's soft shading with the airbrush instead so its nicely blended and smoother (i think, someone might wanna correct me on that one) I think Bomu has quite a few soft cgs

lol hope this helps
