Im Impressed seems like you Improved quite alot tuigi and the coloring of her is very good aswell. Only the photo BG is not so good (imho).
But other than this well done.

lol the girl is really nice but like G pointed out on the background X3

You just need some hilites to give her that extra outside glow X3

Dress is cool patterns work well as with the colour~ but if you want you could try some displacement maps on photoshop to bend the patterns in the folds, can be found on Polykarbon tutorials
