I did this in 45 minuets on photoshop 6, I'm kinda new to this so i was wondering if any one could offer any help?

Looks good, bar one thing:
Too much red on the nose - looks like he got a cold
But, pretty cool CGing. The skintone, highlights and shding were pulled off pretty well.
