Hey, it's been a while since I've c&c'ed anything, but here goes.
I like the last dude; good to see someone who actually looks -older-. Older characters rock, I say XP

In general, I'd say to get your art a bit cleaner; both the pencil lines and (most importantly) the colouring. I don't know much about this medium to be of much help, but in any case you should try and get rid of the 'lines' all over the surfaces. Maybe try to colour with circular motions? I dunno, try to get some tips from someone who does know what he's talking about XP
