okay, this problee won't make much sense, so I'll try to explain.

Last sunday (and monday) I did the 24 hour comic with Chikin of www.kindamanga.com and Plau of www.spoonbard.com .
I got 22 pages done. =) which is not amazing, but pretty impressive since it's the first comic I've ever written.

I don't wanna spend ages explaining what a 24 hour comic is, so if you don't already know but you wanna, go here. http://www.scottmccloud.com/inventions/24hr/24hr.html
the 24 hour comic is a cool, cool thing, and totally worth doing if you're dedicated to your comics. It's also VERY VERY hard work - it was MUCH harder than I thought it would be.

Anyway, my 24 hour comic is currently not online. it will be asap, as soon as I've finished designing my website, which shouldn't take too long.

And this? this is page 15. it won't make much sense out of context. But I liked it, so I inked, coloured and lettered it in photoshop yesterday (so it doesn't count as part of the 24 hour comic, really).

Tell me what you think! This is my first coloured comic book page!

wheee! with the dragging and dropping and the cutting and the pasting. XDXDXD

Cool I heard about the 24 hour comics (there was one with photo coverage of the making process).
Even cooler that you made one.

As for critics of page 15:

Overall its very cool only two things I think are missing first some more line variation I think it could give everything more dynamic.

The other thing is just minor, I would give the guy standing on the hand an darker shadow under his feets.
Right now, it looks more like the shadows are produced by the hand itself and not the guy.

But besides of that I look forward to read the full story, behind the two.

thanks, SD! hee! I was kinda chuffed with the way the drawing style got towards the end! It just kinda.... started being easy! which was great. the style changes throughout the comic - starts off really messy and laboured (and a bit crap) and gets simpler and simpler as I get my head around it (and get tireder and tireder! XD)

couple of days before this I was moaning to a mate about how I was fed up with feeling like I was stuck in an endless practice loop - never felt my art was good enough to do anything with. And I wanted to get to a stage where it came easily and I was satisfied.... by the end of the 24 hour comic, that's how I felt. ROCK! *so chuffed!*

dunno if I can keep it up, though. XD
