Wow dude, this rules. Background's really funky, and i really love the shading on the character. Two thumbs up from myself.

Uhm that is very bright, personaly I think the background and writing take too much attention to them.
I would suggest to either use less vibrant colors, or another way to make the girl pop out a bit more is to draw her with heavier lines.

Apart from this I like it the composing is very good and the coloring of the girl turned out nice.

keep it up and coming .

I agree with GiaM about the lines, but I still love the pic, very cool. I always have trouble with backgrounds, never know what to do with em!
