Looks cool, especially the line art.
For the colouring, I'd suggest either placing the line-art on a top layer on multiply, or by cutting out the black using the channels menu. Now it looks like there's white edges around your line-art. Also don't be afraid to put some darker shadings. I'm not a big fan of dodge/burn shading (apart from special effects), because it usually ends up too saturated, unnatural and result in the typical dodge-shading. You could experiment a bit with setting the brush/layer to normal and painting over with darker tones of the same colour.

Ezekiel 25:17

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
