Well, first of all it's not too tall really. I think you gone wrong with the hands, particular the fingers. I suggest you make them more longer to suit the body and this will make her seem not so tall. I think you should also make her hair not hang so far down it's kind of a bit to long for my opinion

I see you put alot of detail by the skirt I like the sexy straps you added

You might want to add some golden armor skirts to the gauntlets making them look articulate (flexible). Elongate the gloves too would make the body more good.
I think you should also make the upper breast plate arched up more so it's not so awkward flat. Her breast look like they are shoved into two small cups. I see you have some sort of rubber/black skin tight armor on her. I think it would look alot better if you made a cut where her armor runs up to her neck. Then it shows a bit of her neck below her chin making it not look like a diver suit unless it's intended to? I think you should make the boots more square in the center.

Though like many others have said, lots of stuff is out of perportion if you really look, but at first glance you don't notice a thing. It's really good!

Another thing: you are really talented without using CG! This pic especially shows how good you are with colored pencils!

Its awsome...... I'd better start practicin with colored pencils now..... heh...
