Ok, I am quite new at manga and CGing, so don't be TOO harsh .

I quite like this drawing even though I have many small complaints about it myself. The fact that I drew it on lined paper doesn't help anything about it, especially the CGing. I just meant to color the drawing with no intention of virtual shading/lighting etc, so obviously the coloring isn't that advanced.

Well, here it is...

ya know, somthin's wrong with her hands can't tell what it is though Hair on top of her head should be bigger , so it doesn't look like a flat head . One more thing - the eyes don't seem to be going along her head - the head is bent , while the the eyes are going straight ...... well thats all i can say , got a bit overexcited

I'd say it's pretty good considering you've just got into the manga scene.

The eyes are good. Mouth's good, although it's a little lop sided- the top of the mouth line should be parallel with the eye line, where as it's slanted down to the right. OR, make the eye line slant down to the right- in fact that might be better as the head is angled.

And to repeat what itx said, the hair could use more volume on top, and the hands could be a little bigger- small hands and short legs are often a problem for most beginners and sometimes for experienced artists!

Perhaps the shoulders could be a little less broad and the neck thinner to keep in with the anime style.

I agree with bomu and itx on this , the only thing i could really add is try to put more depth in to th picture , like show the clouths wrapping around her figure and such then when you cg try to show some tone diffrence. I realize your new to manga so don't think of theses as problems but more of ideas for your next picture of if you plan to re make this one.

well i hope my little tips helped.

Alrite, thanks all, I STILL can't CG, but here's another pic I did today before I read the comments... (which explains why a lot of problems pointed out in the previous drawing apply here, ex. small hands, eyes not paralel w/mouth, etc.)
