First off , if u don't mind asking me how old r u?(j courious, not trying to make it sound like an insult)

For tips an tricks :P ,I would say work on smoothing edges a little more, the guys head looks a little to square. Also if your going for the manga, anime look I would suggest work on your eyes, make the eye socket part a little less half oval looking. Since in most animes/mangas when people have eyes of that sort it spos to symbolies that there dumb founded or in capable of understanding what was just said .You may also wanna look at makeing leg, torso, arms(parts that are past the head) a little more proportioned. It may give that drawing a little more edge of the kiddy look, but thats your choice*gives a thumbs up*

For just starting I'd say your skill at putting folds in clouthing is looking good, still room to imporve but it's looking good!*thumbs up*

over all, good first attempt. I can see room for improvment, But i have a feeling were going to be seeing great things from u in later years to come.

Keep it up!

P.S Maby some ears? :P

If you really wanna learn how to draw better/insperation I'd say pick up Bomu's book "The art of drawng Manga" I found it to be a great help , it really improved my drawing skills , and you get to see some of bomu's work of art, there very insperational.

p.s I meant no butt kissing from that, so plz no one toss a wheely chair at me. ^_^!
