They're not bad starting points, but my advice would be to try and make them more three dimensional. all that boring drawing in spheres and cubes and whatnot basically hehe. and perhaps practising drawing things from life a bit might be useful too. keep it up

I checked through most of your scraps gallery, some of which show potential. I'd keep at the sketching and doodling, but also try pushing yourself to create a full character pic, maybe a scene with background. Those sorts of things obviously take a lot longer but would help you improve and you might even manage to seriously impress yourself if you put your mind to it

don't be shy about posting images, this is the internet any ways. Other then your friend surfer, no one else here really knows u in person so we can't hunt u down in the streets and make fun of u for bad skill. I for one am a crappy drawer, I've learned to deal with it, practice does help but I seem to have a limit that I can't pass so Instead I try and and help newbies out as much as I can(mainly I'll quote things from the art of manga book ^_^!) .

In short, no one here is really mean or nasty, U might get some comments u don't like but that's about it. I would suggest if ur a little uneasy about showing people ur work, just wait a few weeks get to know every one and such.

well it seems I've trailed of into a small story so I think I will end my post now.

LATER ^_^
