i did use a cheap editor that came with some film i developed onto CD. each character was made on separate files that i cut and paste Cave man form of layers) to make the jelly fish appear see through, it was drew over copied then i messed with the controls to lighten it and re-pasted over the pic minus the out line. photo shop is much quicker as you can imagine.

There's something fishy about this artwork. MS Paint does gradients and has soft brush settings now?

No MS does not Have gradients...This is why I added that I used a cheap photo editor from developing film at walmart as well on it. It has an airbrush on it. For those that feel I am lying.... It is called "Picture It Express" for digital photos. Comes on the CD you develope your film on. you can also brighten, darken, mess with contrast, warp, and a few other things.
It also has some way to work in layers, but for the life of me I could not figure out how to work it.
But if you think the pic is unbelievable.....you should see how good looking I am!
