Saving it as a JPEG sorta runed the effect, but I CGed it before I had photoshop. My first CG too!

good workings! I'd suggest making ur lines darker and over all more practice and u should get it rightm also i owuld suggest a better color choice, blue and green hair seems a little to 4 out, maby a blue and purple ?

Well that was my first CG and when I did it i wasn't on the net so i didn't know what would look good on an anime chara and I was deciding beetween blond (wich would look horrible XD) or blue. mabye brown with a bita blond would werk... well eventually I'll do another CG actually IN PHOTOSHOP so i can color under the lines and everything's not pixelated.
