Nice pic

I like the skirt very nice shading

A couple of things that i noticed the left arm looks a bit disjointed at the shoulder i think it should be further back, and second the gun hand looks too large or the wrist is too small either way

Pretty cool exept the eyes I would suggest making them a bit smaller; she looks like a librarian

I'd suggest work on the anatomy a bit, the pose seems a little strange, and the face a little to long, like portions wise? if u uderstand ?

oh and I SUCK at cell shadin so I got no tips. Mabye try airbrush shading if it's desperate.

very good pic indeed, however, the top anatomy doesn't seem to look right, her arm stretched out towards the left just seems too straight, the way the arm connects to the shoulder look akward, maybe raising the connection between the arm and shoulder up a bit? Can't seem to explain what I mean so I hope you understand, perhaps getting an anatomy book,or anime book will help ya! gun looks good, however the sword looks awfully small, maybe making it bigger, and more broad, because it's small, it comes across as uneffective. I would agree with cloud, maybe makign the eyes smaller? unless having the eyes big is your own personal choice and character design, that's fine. But maybe shortening the head would make it look better? just a suggestion.
Anyways sorry for such a long critique, it is wonderful artwork, impressive and I really hope to see more of your work in the future! Keep up the excellent work!!
